How Much Does Shipping Cost?
The cost of shipping is dependent on the specific item. We recommend reviewing your total pricing, including shipping fees, during the checkout process.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is processed, tracking information will be sent to the purchasing email. The courier's tracking number is the most reliable way to monitor your order progress. Please note that shipping time varies by product.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at CS@Movidaz.com
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
Items not as described or defective are eligible for return shipping coverage and immediate replacement.
Returns must be in original packaging and condition, as well as made within 15 days of delivery
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non-defective items and items received in perfect condition, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Upon receiving your return request, we'll send a return label. Once the returned item is received, your refund will be processed, deducting the 30% restocking fee.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and made within 15 days of delivery.
Movidaz has the right to refuse returns that pass the 15-day allowed time after delivery.
